I liked the TV series. And than I read a few of the books. I did not like the books. :\
What didn’t you like about them though? I at least imagined they’d be alot less lighthearted than the television show. I didn’t far into the first book at all, mostly because I got side tracked by reading other stuff.

I haven’t seen him yet, but he was mentioned in one of the quests I did today. He provided Starfleet with some codes for Empok Nor, and then I had to go in and kick some ass. So, hopefully he will show up during this “episode” of quests I’m doing. Meanwhile the new white bro in charge of DS9 gets it taken over TWICE. GG.

Is STO any good?
As I’ve spent 90% of my time playing it excitedly giggling, I would say yes. I had really low expectations for it going in, since I thought I probably wouldn’t like it because it would be like E.V.E and I just couldn’t get into that. But the fact that there are plenty (as far as I can tell) away missions, and that I can hang out on my own bridge and invite people to it is awesome. You can pick and customize your officers and stuff. It seems like it’s tailored for immersion, which I like. Although it doesn’t have the addictive aspect of WoW, I give it my seal of approval.

I am still sad that they canceled the SGA film and the third SG-1 film. SYYYYFYYYY! I honestly hated SGA’s finale, though they set it up so there could be a movie for possible redemption. ALL IS LOST. |

They could have left out the last 2 seasons of SG-1. It would have made a lot of sense to replace them with FARSCAPE since they are essentially the same show at that point. DOO DOOO DOO I like to block those seasons out of my memory. |

I imagined Michelle Forbes as Mellisandre when reading the books.
I didn’t imagine she would be that old. I thought of Tricia Helfer breifly and then dismissed it because of age. Unless I overlooked where they stated her age. Our good ole Bajoran’s voice doesn’t seem right to me either for it, nor have I seen her alter it for anything. I think it would be interesting to see her in a period movie or show. I don’t think she’s ever been in one. As for my choice of Tabrett Bethell, I just want to see her in everything. As well as Jessica Marais. Mord-Sith forever.
